Competitive Swimming

This camp is designed for those who are either in lessons or pre-competitive groups within swim clubs.

Camp Hours 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

This camp will: 

  • Introduce participants to a more competitive swimming environment.  

  • Further develop their swimming skills.   

  • Focus on stroke development.  

  • Introduce more advanced skills such as flip turns and racing dives Focus on games, general fitness, motor abilities and flexibility.  

Our goal is to incorporate the introduction of campers to the world of competitive sport into a full-day camp experience all within a safe and enjoyable environment. 

Prerequisites: 

Must be comfortable swimming these 3 strokes: Freestyle, Breaststroke, & Back Stroke 

Prerequisites Skill Development:

Must be able to swim 25m of each swim stroke or have knowledge of all swim stroke basics

Special Features: 

  • Video analysis on deck 

  • High level coach guests  

  • Cap and water bottle included  

All of our camps are offered bilingually.
