Desk Jockey Training Camp

Looking for a new way to get active? Want an exciting way to fill up your lunch hour? Over the course of this eight-week program, a certified personal trainer will turn our very own campus into a workout playground. This program is suitable for all levels. Register on your own or with a friend and make your next lunch hour unlike any other! Remember that this is an outdoor boot camp where you dress for the weather. Getting a full body workout using a variety of training modalities including resistance band training, high intensity interval training and cardiovascular training.
