Looking for a new way to get active? Want an exciting way to fill up your lunch hour? Over the course of this six-week program, a certified personal trainer will turn our very own campus into a workout playground. This program is suitable for all levels. Join by yourself or even with a co-worker, and make your next lunch hour unlike any other! Remember that this is an outdoor boot camp where we dress for the weather.
In addition to the Employees Only classes, Sports Services offers special employee only hours at Montpetit Hall Fitness Centre on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, from 12:00 to 13:00, as well as employee only group fitness classes Monday to Friday from 12:10 to 12:50.
