GAME STORY:

 

Rookie defenceman Matthieu Methot scored in regulation but seven shooters didn’t score in the shootout as the Gee-Gees went down to a 2-1 road defeat Friday at Queen’s.

 

uOttawa finished ahead in shots 37-25 but couldn’t score after Methot’s sixth goal in 10 games in the second period.

 

Fifth-year Gee-Gees goaltender Martin Bricault (0-2, 6.93 GAA) seeks his first win of the season when the Gee-Gees visit RMC (3-8), Saturday November 15 (2:00pm)
