MEN’S BASKETBALL (1-1 playoffs, 19-3 OUA, 28-8 overall): 
Host Windsor (1-1 Playoffs, 15-7 OUA) in OUA bronze medal game Saturday, March 7 (8:00 p.m,) (SSN Canada) 



The winner of Saturday’s game advances to the 2009 Final Eight tournament March 13-15 at Scotiabank Place.
The Gee-Gees lost the 2007-08 bronze medal game 68-58 to eventual national champion Brock at St. Catharines
uOttawa hosts the bronze medal game after losing the OUA East final at No. 1 Carleton 81-62 Wednesday night. 
Fourth-year transfer guard Josh Wright had 13 points and four rebounds for the Gee-Gees, which were out-rebounded 32-24 and produced 13 turnovers to the Ravens 10 in dropping a third straight game to Carleton this season
Gee-Gees fifth-year post Dax Dessureault and fourth-year guard Josh Gibson-Bascombe were named to the first-team OUA all-stars on Wednesday.
Gibson-Bascombe, just 37 regular season points shy of the Gee-Gees all-time scoring record (1,167 points), was named a first-team all-star for a third straight season while Dessureault debuts among the conference elite and was also named Ken Shields award winner for best combining athletics, academics and community service.
