Calling all women at uOttawa! Did you know that Sports Services offers specially designed Women’s Only Weight Training? Be part of a dynamic group that is led by one of our incredible personal trainers. Join with a friend or group of friends and learn the best and most effective way to strengthen your body.  There are two levels of classes to meet the diverse needs of participants. Whether this is your first time training or if you want to learn more in depth of how to condition your body, we have the class for you. Each of the 12 training sessions included are geared to the individual experience but in a group environment. You’ll make use of the wide range of fitness machines and resistance training equipment available at the Health and Lifestyle Centre in the Minto Sports Complex.
