Promo Team Agent – Student Services

We are hiring outgoing, creative and engaged students to promote events, activities and initiatives on campus with the goal of engaging the student community and enhancing the sense of belonging to the Gee-Gees family. The members of this team will support the agents of communication and marketing of the Student Services in the deployment of promotional strategies and build a sense of community among students.

Hours: minimum 7.5 hours per week at 14$/hour (hours may be varied per week)

Reception Attendant – Housing Services

There are 25 positions available as a Reception Attendant with Housing Services. The job entails providing administrative support in customer service at the Housing Service reception areas for our residents and guests. You will be responsible for receiving payments on behalf of finance, the telephone console, check-ins and check-outs, as well as Door openings, reprogram keys, lending supplies, reroute mail and parcels, lounge reservations, place work orders, sale of parking permits, stowing guests luggage, vending machine refunds, treat lost and found items;

Retail Team Member – Campus Store

There are 30 positions available as a Team Member of the Campus Store. The job responsibilities include greeting customers and render assistance, answer phones and respond to inquiries, operate cash register, accepting payments, giving change, bagging purchases, balancing the register, carry and shelve merchandise inventory and straightens merchandise, stock shelves and price merchandise.
