Spring has sprung, the days are getting longer and the winter semester is now behind us. It’s the perfect time now to register for the spring and summer campus recreation activities. Register for a Spring/Summer Fitness membership and receive a discount on the wide variety of registered fitness and wellness classes that are offered at the University. Interested participants can either register online or visit one of the Sports Services Client Counters at Montpetit Gym or the Minto Sports Complex, classes begin May 24th 2016.

The majority of classes start off at a beginner’s level, great for those who are looking to try something new or get back into an activity they haven’t done for a while. Follow the links below to discover what you would like to this Spring/Summer session:

  1. For student enrolled at uOttawa for the 2016-17 academic year

  1. For the external community including contractual staff at uOttawa
