This summer, enjoy outdoor yoga with Community Life and Sports Services. Stretch, tone, slim, strengthen, slim down, and have fun with yoga in the sun. No sign up. Just show up!

These free outdoor yoga classes at uOttawa are a great option for beginners, experts, or those who just want to get outside and do a little stretching.

Please bring:

  • A yoga mat
  • A towel
  • Water
  • Comfortable clothing
