Dance is an activity that combines movement, sport and art, allowing you to train your body and express yourself all at the same time. The University of Ottawa offers a wide variety of dance classes at a number of different levels. We want beginners, intermediate and advanced dancers to have an option that allows them to relax and enjoy the music and movement.
We caught up with a past University of Ottawa dance participant, who shared with us that she loves taking part in dance classes and following the lead of an experienced instructor as it allows her to be present and focused on the moment.

Our dance classes offer an enjoyable way to get in a full body workout between classes and to be proactive about your wellbeing. Zone in to the music and instructor of a ballet, contemporary, lyrical, hip-hop, dancehall/reggae or jazz class.
