This season, we encourage you to stay active and keep your body moving! Whether you’re planning your New Year’s resolution, or you want to keep on track with your fitness goals, we’ve got something for you. If you’re in Ottawa or somewhere else around the world, we have many different ways for you to workout.
- If you’re in the Ottawa area and would like to use the HLC fitness center, it will be open through the holidays! Check out our modified holiday hours to avoid disappointment.
- As always, you can check out the prerecorded workouts on our YouTube channel, including Yoga, EMOM (every minute on the minute), a core and mobility focused session, and more.
- We will also be hosting our virtual fitness classes until Dec 18th, so make sure to squeeze in your favourite classes until then!
