Fifteen employees are now enrolled in the outdoor exercise venture that promises to be exciting and unlike any other training program.
“Taking the class at lunch has allowed me to get some much needed exercise. With a busy life at home, it is important for me to take the time to take a class over lunch. It gives me the energy to get through the week!” remarks Karine Charron of External Relations; a notion shared by a group of colleagues joined to get up out of the office to get fit.

With partner work like chair sits or relay exercises, it is a great way to network and workout. Arianne ensures that each circuit hits a number of muscle groups as well as an underlying note of cardio in the fast-paced workout. In only 40 minutes, you can get right back to a productive mode at your desk, feeling refreshed and pumped, literally!
