Well, coming up in the next few weeks is your chance to participate in some of the most exciting adventures that Canada has to offer for all you wilderness lovers. From whale watching and visiting Québec City to exploring the majestic Lusk Caves, you’ll be craving more by the time its over.
Whale Watching on September 19th: You haven’t experienced the true beauty of wildlife until you have gone on a Whale Watching tour and seen these creatures in their true habitat. On this trip, you will be taken to the region of Tadoussac and be able to observe the whales from up close….. you might even be greeted with a little splash so bring your raincoat! Afterwards, you will get to discover the unique and authentic culture of Old Quebec.
Rafting on September 21st (originally on September 20th): Strap on your helmets, put on those life jackets because you are headed for an adrenaline adventure down some of the most exhilarating rapids in the region! You will start off your day with a safety briefing from a professional instructor. From then onwards, it’s into the rafts and off we go! Let’s not forget those paddles to help you get down the river!
Canoe Camping on October 3rd: This one is for all you campers! On this adventure you will paddle through beautiful bodies of water with your fellow explorers. At night, set up your tent and prepare to sleep amongst the stars, as you will experience what is a truly unique overnight stay. Watch out for the bears… just kidding!
Cave Explorations on October 18th: Come and join us in exploring the mysterious and enchanting Lusk Caves. Located in the Philippe Lake area, these trails will lead you into the darkness as you walk through several kilometers of paths. Be sure to bring a flashlight; it might get a little dark!
