Whether you’re looking to increase strength, confidence, coordination, or your cardio, the Kickboxing Pro-Fit classes offered by Sports Services will keep you coming back for more. We offer the ultimate ‘total body workout’ for anyone who wants to reach their ultimate physical shape.

There is something empowering about kickboxing, something almost primitive yet exhilarating about this combative type of exercise. It is this sense of empowerment that appeals to most people, giving them not only a sense of physical wellbeing but also a sense of security. Even professional boxers have also developed workout routines that allows members who are interested in boxing to ‘get fit’ and not just ‘to hit’. Our classes are open to any level of experience and our instructors are always accommodating. Learn how to stay fit and active this summer using strength and energy you’ve yet to tap into.
