Triathlon Training

Can you swim, bike and run … or want to learn? Put them together for triathlon training at uOttawa with a NCCP and Triathlon Ontario certified coach. Throughout the program you will receive a 12-week plan that will progressively take you through the technical, physical and mental training to complete and compete in your first triathlon race. Every week will feature two sessions of coached training - one swim and one alternating between indoor bike and outdoor run. Sessions will progress from the technical aspects of each discipline into race day specifics to help you get to the finish line fit and happy! Join the program and achieve success outside the classroom!
