If you are not familiar with the use of any piece of equipment, please ask the attendant on duty for safety guidelines.

The centres can become very busy. We suggest that you spread out your training sessions throughout the day. Cardiovascular equipment and treadmills can be reserved no more than 45 minutes in advance. Furthermore, you cannot book more than two consecutive sessions on one given machine.

Out of courtesy, please wipe off the equipment after use.

For safety reasons, all members must secure weights with collars and may not wear sandals.

To prevent accidents, leave your bags in your locker, and put all pieces of equipment back in their respective areas.
