125 University Street

Located on the main campus of the University of Ottawa at 125 University Street, Montpetit Hall offers:
3 gymnasiums • 50 meter Olympic size swimming pool • Tae E. Lee Martial Arts room • Dance studio •   3 American size Squash courts • Saunas

The Montpetit Hall Fitness Centre includes:
3,000 square feet of fitness space • 24 cardiovascular machines • 16 selectorized weight machines • 5,000 pounds of free weights

Facilities at the Sports Complex
801 King Edward Avenue
SPORTS COMPLEX
HEALTH&LIFESTYLE CENTRE (HLC)

Located on the main campus of the University of Ottawa at 801 King Edward Avenue, the 8,000 square foot fitness centre includes:
7,500 pounds of free weights • 39 cardiovascular machines • Cardio-Theatre • 26 selectorized weight machines • Personal Training Service • 2 squash courts • Multisports room with hardwood floor • Group fitness classes •2 ice rinks; one of which has a seating capacity of 840 • Matt Anthony Field; an outdoor multi-sports field

Facilities at Campus Lees
Located at 200 Lees Avenue, just outside the University of Ottawa's main campus, this facility offers a 7 000 foot square gymnasium with a Taraflex synthetic surface, ideal for volleyball, indoor soccer, and ball hockey. The facility also includes men’s and women’s changing rooms, a client services desk, and a first aid room. A mezzanine located in the facility is exclusively used by the fencing team between September and April. The gym is mainly used by intramurals programs.

Montpetit Hall Aquatic Centre
125 University street

The Montpetit Hall Aquatic Centre has an 8-lane, 50 meter Olympic size pool. During activities, a mobile wall divides the pool into two equal sections of 25 meters by 18 meters. The shallow end goes from 1.4 to 1.6 meters in depth and the deep end goes from 2 to 5 meters in depth. The aquatic centre also includes two 1-meter springboards and 3m, 5m, 7.5m and 10m diving platforms.
