Enjoy running? Looking to get fit? This duo-of-a-program offers an introductory approach to running techniques combined with strength and conditioning work. You will be coached through the basics of running to guide your stride, as well as a training program to promote injury prevention, help with equipment selection, race preparation and much more. This course is designed to prepare participants to run 5-10km distances.
Course includes outdoor running sessions as well as strength training in the fitness centre.
